We are delivering community places for perpetuity
We are a not-for-profit organisation collaborating with public and private sector to deliver social impact for local people, by regenerating local areas through training, building infrastructure, and providing hope for the future.
Our vision is to build and provide social housing built by people for people. Through these regeneration projects we train people and create a workforces bridging the skills gap for future generations with local areas.
Our Values
We believe in positive collaboration, in honesty, openness and generosity in sharing what does and does not work – and in hearing, acknowledging, and responding to others’ views built around our community.
We use prototyping with a “show and tell” approach where we creatively use “valuing learning techniques” which has tangible outcomes-based objectives. We improve through recognising that failure leads to new approaches, in order to motivate care and respect in all our collaborations.
We evolve and strive for good practice, knowledge and skills transfer, building and maintaining trust for a mindful and ever changing culture with the aim of creating shared endeavour through the implementation of new technologies for longevity.
Our Work
We are on the path to build true social and environmentally friendly housing of quality, by using the latest technologies to help reduce cost for tenants and reduce fuel poverty. We want to provide project-led training programmes, by collaborating with multiple industries to build and regenerate houses by offering training and apprenticeships opportunities to increase the living standards of people local to the area.
